Childrens Classes

Discovery Club (Birth – 2 years)

Discovery Club is held in the nursery rooms of the Main Sanctuary.  We believe that babies are created in God’s image and that He has a special plan for each of them.  We believe that even our littlest ones can learn and sense God’s love.  Regular learning experiences are planned, and lessons are reinforced with age appropriate songs, play, and activities.

What to Bring:

When packing a diaper bag for your child, please include:

• 1 or 2 disposable diapers
• A change of clothes
• Pacifier or other item, should your child need it for security
• A bottle or sippy cup with your child's name on it

Please label all personal items with your child’s first and last name.

When you check your child into Discovery Club, you will be given numbered wrist bands: one for you, one for your child, and one for your child’s belongings.  For your child’s safety, when you return, you must be wearing the arm band in order to check your child out of Discovery Club. If there is an emergency, your child's security number will be displayed on both sides of the stage in the main sanctuary of the Worship Center.

Adventure Club (Age 3 to 5 years)

Adventure Club is held in the preschool chapel in the FMC.  It is filled with fun activities that encourage preschoolers to love God and to love one another.  At 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM kids ages 3 through 5 have the opportunity to worship God, explore His Word, and build relationships with other kids as well as members of a dedicated team of adult leaders.  Adventure Club has puppets, music, drama, games, and other activities that help kids experience God’s Word.

Quest Club (Kindergarten & 1st Grade)

Quest Club is a high energy service designed especially for Kindergarteners and 1st graders. At 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, leaders help kids experience God in a large group setting through upbeat music, hands on ministry, prayer emphasis, a time of interactive video and drama that teaches God’s Word, and small group time to build healthy relationships with other kids and adults.

Xtreme Club (2nd – 5th Grade)

Xtreme Club is held in the chapel in the Family Ministries Center. It is a high-energy service geared toward kids in 2nd - 5th grades. At 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, kids have a blast as they play games, and participate in a service that includes lively praise and worship, object lessons, skits, and interactive bible teaching. They will have the opportunity to experience God's presence and will discover truths from God's word and learn how to apply those truths to everyday living. Kids will also have the opportunity to develop healthy relationships with safe and loving leaders during a small group time, as well as kids their own age.

CREW (Caring Reliable Enthusiastic Workers)

CREW is open to kids in 5th, 6th, and 7th grades. Every Sunday, CREW members help make ministry happen for kids of all ages. CREW members assist in each of the kids services in a variety of ways, using their God-given talents while developing leadership skills. CREW members have the opportunity to assist the Zone Tech Team, partner with club leaders, minister on the Zone Puppet Team, and be a part of the Hospitality team.

Training for CREW happens once each quarter.
